 Although all of our staff here at Exotics Transcending are trained for maximum professionalism and ethical practices; we believe communication and understanding on both ends is the key for maintaining 100% customer satisfaction  and furthermore lasting relationships!

There are risks involved when a customer returns an animal. The animal has been exposed to a new environment and the wellness of an animal can decline in an instant, if the environment is not suitable for the animal.Due to  health and safety protocol, all pets/animals are  quarantined for 30 - 45 days. The animal has to undergo evaluations before being placed back with the other animals… This company was designed for the sake of inclusion and companionship for ALL (including pets/animals)!Please understand we adore all of our fur babies!!! A lot of love, time and dedication has been poured into creating these exotics; in which we do not desire for them to go anywhere they will not be loved, wanted or cared for. So, in order to ensure all parties best interests are met please adhere to our guidelines and procedures.

No Refunds or Returns. All sales on live animals are final!

WITH THE EXCEPTION OF an unhealthy or deceased animal; the NO REFUND POLICY includes but is not limited to buyer's remorse, allergy related issues, changes in housing accommodations, or any problems that occur outside of Exotics Transcending's care after sale. A refund or accommodations may apply ONLY if you adopt an animal/pet from us and the animal/pet is sick or unhealthy due to any negligence from Exotics Transcending. All medical emergencies must be brought up within 24 hours of emergency! Once an animal leaves our establishment it is the buyer's full responsibility to establish a wellness visit with a licensed veterinarian within 8 days of purchase. Finding a quality healthcare provider allows the buyer access to any and all comprehensive assessments regarding their new pet.  Early prevention is vital. It is important to be aware of any illness or injuries ASAP to prevent any other issues from arising.

-The buyer agrees to take the pet/animal to a licensed veterinarian for an initial exam within 8 days of purchase date. This visit ensures the pet's health records as it adjusts into its new environment. A copy of the veterinary checkup report must be provided to the seller within this timeframe. Failure to do so will void any health guarantees provided by the seller.

-The buyer agrees to obtain pet insurance within 16 days of the purchase date and during the animal life expectancy. This insurance should cover the pet/animal for accidents, illnesses, and any other potential health issues.

*Terms in regard to an unhealthy or deceased pet/animal*

1.A vet visit is TOP PRIORITY when dealing with an unhealthy animal/pet. Immediately schedule an appointment with a licensed veterinarian!!!

2.Obtain verifiable documentation from a licensed veterinarian during the time of the pet's illness.

3. Contact the Exotics Transcending:  the buyer is required to contact Exotics Transcending within 24 hours. We will need detailed information about the unhealthy/deceased-pet/animal. Attach documents pertaining the vet visit and proof of purchase from Exotics Transcending. 

4. Different outcomes:

You may be offered a refund, a replacement pet, a credit, or reimbursement for veterinary costs, depending on the condition existing at the time of purchase and the outcome of the pet's post wellness.

-If Exotics Transcending deem a pet/animal refundable due to congenital abnormalities that are affecting the animal’s quality of life, the animal must be received by us to finalize reversal of purchase. If the deceased animal is collected by a vet, Exotics Transcending must have supporting documents of such. you will receive your funds within 8 days of resolution.  

By signing the purchase agreement, the buyer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this No Refund and Return Policy, as well as the requirements for veterinary checkups, insurance, supporting documents and proof of purchase in the case of an unhealthy/ deceased animal. Governing Law - This policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado.
